Perfect for use from a 300 hp setup

The original rail pressure valve opens at 120 Bar. With the help of this upgrade valve it will only open at 140 bar. This ensures that the injectors can spray more gasoline into the combustion chamber. In combination with software adjustment this results in a power gain. The rail pressure valve is made for the Audi RS4 but is suitable for many others.

Upgrade Fuel system Relief Valve for the 2.0L TFSI engines running more than 300hp. 

The fuel system for the 2.0 TFSI separated in two systems: The low pressure system (3 to 5bar) is feeding the high pressure system (50 to 130bar). 2.0L TFSI engines that are running more than 300hp need to change the high pressure fuel pump together with this upgrade valve. Otherwise under full throttle the engine can run too lean. Too lean running may result in engine failure!  This valve is a "bridge" between the low and high pressure.

When a specific pressure is exceeded the pressure regulating valve allows fuel to escape from the high pressure fuel rail. If the pressure release valve has gone bad, then it can cause low fuel rail pressure which results in fault codes, loss of power, and a high risk of melting a piston within the engine . This Part is a great upgrade from your stock 2.0T pressure regulator valve which has an opening pressure of 130bar. With an opening pressure of 140bar you will be able to delivery more fuel to your 2.0T FSI engine giving the ability to make more horsepower
